Why does my galaxy sticker cut out badly?

Because the dark sky reads as background. Ask for the planet or rocket with its own glow inside a thick white border, on the plain light grey ground the preset specifies. The border gives the remover a clean edge to follow.

Can I make a set of all eight planets?

Are these accurate enough for teaching?
