Withdrawal from Contract

1. Who This Applies To

This page explains the statutory right of withdrawal ("cooling-off period") available to consumers in the European Union, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK legislation. It applies to purchases made on wowmade.ai from Pinewood Labs1 LLC.

2. Your Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract (i.e. the day of your purchase).

3. Credit Packs (Digital Content)

Credit packs are digital content delivered immediately after payment. At checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive. If this consent and acknowledgment were not obtained from you at checkout, your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

4. Subscriptions (Digital Services)

Subscriptions are contracts for digital services. You may withdraw within 14 days of subscribing. If you asked us to begin providing the service during the withdrawal period (which happens automatically, since credits are delivered on purchase), and you then withdraw, you must pay an amount proportionate to what was provided before you informed us of the withdrawal. In practice, we deduct the value of credits you have used, calculated at your plan's per-credit price, and refund the remainder.

5. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from a contract, we will reimburse all eligible payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
