Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on wowmade.ai ("Website"), operated by Pinewood Labs1 LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), including monthly subscriptions and one-time credit packs. This policy is displayed before every purchase and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee on every charge — first purchases, subscription renewals, and credit packs — under the following conditions:

  • You request the refund within 14 days of the charge; and
  • You have used 20% or fewer of the credits included in that purchase.

Eligible refunds are issued in full to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval. To request a refund, email info@playvideo.ai from your account email with the subject "Refund request", and include the date and amount of the charge.

3. Subscriptions and Cancellation

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. The price and billing frequency are shown at checkout and on every receipt.
  • You can cancel online at any time from your account's billing settings — no phone call or email required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access and credits until then.
  • We send an email receipt after every charge, including instructions on how to cancel, and a confirmation email when you cancel.
  • Renewal charges are covered by the money-back guarantee in Section 2.

4. Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases delivered to your account immediately after payment. They do not renew and do not expire. Credit packs are covered by the money-back guarantee in Section 2.

5. EU, EEA and UK Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in addition to our money-back guarantee. Because credits are delivered immediately, we ask for your express consent to immediate performance at checkout, which affects this right. 6. Failed Generations

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our side, contact us via the in-app report feature or at info@playvideo.ai and we will restore the credits to your account balance.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Charges older than 14 days, except where required by law
  • Purchases where more than 20% of the included credits have been used, except where required by law
  • Dissatisfaction with the artistic style or variability of AI-generated output where the service functioned correctly (see our Terms on AI output variability)
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Content & Safety Policy or Terms
  • Repeated or abusive use of the money-back guarantee (e.g. cycles of purchasing, consuming credits, and refunding)

8. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us first at info@playvideo.ai — we respond to billing inquiries within 2 business days and resolve legitimate issues faster than a card dispute typically takes.
