Content & Safety Policy

1. Our Commitment

WowMade provides AI-powered image, video, and audio generation tools. We are committed to preventing our services from being used to create harmful or illegal content. This policy applies to all prompts, uploads, and generated outputs, and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use WowMade to create, upload, or share:

  • Content sexualizing minors (CSAM): zero tolerance. Any depiction of a minor in a sexual or exploitative context — real, stylized, or AI-generated — is prohibited. Confirmed material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement, and results in immediate permanent account termination.
  • Sexual or adult content: pornography, nudity, and sexually explicit material of any person are not permitted on this platform, whether real or AI-generated.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII): intimate or sexualized depictions of real people without their consent, including AI-generated "deepfakes."
  • Non-consensual likeness misuse: realistic depictions of identifiable real people intended to deceive, defame, harass, or exploit them, or used without the rights required by applicable law.
  • Violence and gore: content glorifying or inciting violence, terrorism, or self-harm, or depicting gratuitous graphic violence.
  • Hate: content promoting hatred or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics.
  • Deception and fraud: misleading synthetic media presented as authentic (including election-related disinformation), scams, phishing, or impersonation.
  • Illegal activity: content that facilitates or promotes illegal acts, including the sale of illegal goods.
  • Infringement: content violating third-party copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights.

3. How We Enforce This Policy

  • Automated prompt moderation: every prompt is screened server-side before generation. Prompts referencing minors in unsafe contexts or requesting sexual/explicit content are blocked before any processing occurs.
  • Model-level safety: the AI providers we use apply their own content safety filters as an additional layer.
  • Human review: reports submitted by users are reviewed by our team.
  • Enforcement actions: depending on severity — content removal, warnings, suspension, or permanent termination without refund. We cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.

4. Reporting Content

Anyone can report content through our Report Content page. Victims of non-consensual intimate imagery (or their authorized representatives) can request removal there; qualifying content is removed within 48 hours of a valid request, including reasonable efforts to remove identical copies, in accordance with the U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act. Signed-in users can also flag individual generations from within the app.

5. AI Transparency

All media created on WowMade is AI-generated. You must not present generated content as authentic footage of real events or people, and you are responsible for disclosing its synthetic nature where required by applicable law (including the EU AI Act). Do not remove any provenance metadata or watermarks that our services embed in generated files.
